94 Construction started out with a goal to bring clear communication and a seamless building process to the Construction & Renovation industry.

My name is Tj, I have been a builder for 15 years. I started as a commercial framer, and over time gained an education in Site Management and Site Supervision. Spending 8 years as a Commercial Site Supervisor. I am the owner and operator of 94 Construction and I am looking forward to the opportunity to work with you!

Over the time I spent managing projects, I worked on my skills in builder to client communication with a focus on creating lasting relationships that extend long past the projects completion. Transparency is key when it comes to relationships, and that’s what we offer. We are available to answer all your questions throughout any project, and we are here to ensure that your time and money feel valued from start to finish!
